In detailing studios, workshops and installation companies the work itself is usually good. The problem is elsewhere: the phone rings when everyone's hands are busy, quotes wait without a reply, and the client list sits in a notebook or on a phone.
That doesn't take a big campaign. It takes someone keeping an eye on it. So I connect a system that replies, follows up and asks for reviews, and you get on with your work.
How I work
You talk to me
There's no sales department or account manager. I make the call, I set it up, and I'm the one who answers when something isn't working.
I tell you straight whether it makes sense
On a 15-minute call we work out how much leaks. If it turns out the system won't pay off for you, I'll say so right away.
Pilot first
14 days on your real inquiries. If we don't recover your inquiries - you don't pay.
The system doesn't pretend to be human
It introduces itself as your business's assistant, answers within your price list and hands everything else to you.
Rules I stick to
No invented reviews or numbers
There are no made-up clients or results on this site. Reviews will appear here when real clients agree to show them.
Your client list stays yours
I don't sell data or use it for anything other than looking after your clients. Reminders go only to people who agreed to be contacted. We sign a data processing agreement.
Google reviews, no tricks
Every client gets the review request, not just the happy ones - as Google's rules require.
You know the price before you sign
LITE costs from EUR 350 per month (+ VAT) plus a one-time EUR 350 setup. I give the price of the other packages on the call, before you sign anything.
I check studios as a client
I call and message PPF studios the way an ordinary client does and note who calls back and how fast. I'll publish the results in aggregate, without studio names. Want to know how your studio does? I'll check it and show you the result on a 15-minute call.
