Common questions about deployment
How long does deployment take?
7 to 14 days, depending on the package and scope of integrations. During that time we configure the system, connect your communication channels, train the agent on your offering and test everything live. From your side we need about 2 hours for an onboarding call and handover of materials.
What do I need to prepare on my end?
Your price list, service descriptions, working hours, access to your booking calendar and answers to the most common client questions. Most of this you already have on your website or know by heart. On the onboarding call we gather everything together and configure the agent. You don't need to prepare any technical documents.
Do I need to change my website?
No. The system works independently of your website. If you use the website chat widget, our team handles the installation. The rest of the features work via SMS, WhatsApp and other channels that require zero changes to your site.
What tools does it integrate with?
Google Calendar, Booksy, Calendesk, Fresha, Calendly and other booking systems. CRMs: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets. Communication: SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, website chat. If you use a tool not on the list, we'll check integration options during deployment.

What happens if something goes wrong?
You have technical support throughout the entire contract period. If the agent responds incorrectly, a client reports a problem or the system doesn't work as expected, we react same-day. On SYSTEM and GROWTH packages you get a dedicated account manager who monitors results and optimizes configuration.
How is this different from a chatbot I can buy for $100/month?
