Who configures the system - me or you?

Do I get support after deployment or am I on my own?
You get support throughout the entire contract. On LITE and START packages, we respond same-day. On SYSTEM and GROWTH, you get a dedicated account manager who monitors results, optimizes configuration and meets with you monthly for a review call.
